Recently, I was very fortunate to attend a session with the man who literally got me hooked on leadership way back in 1989: Ken Blanchard, author of “The One Minute Manager.”

He brought up the subject of Habits. To be successful, he suggested to journal and write praises for things you did well throughout the day. Then, he asked us to focus on redirection and journal what did we do today that we could have done differently. “The more you find out about your trouble spots, the better you will be at making corrections.”

“If you have good intentions, how do you track them?”

Take a minute or two today and journal your actions for today. Are you willing to change some of your habits to make a true and positive impact on the people you work and live with as well as those you meet?

Take ACTION and thank you for spending a Moment with Michael.
